Extension: Keep Awake
I found Keep Awake a while ago when I ran into a problem. On our school Chromebooks I could not figure out how to keep the device from going to sleep during my lessons. A quick search turned up Keep Awake.
Keep Awake is an extension used in Chrome to override the power settings on your computer. When set to sun, your computer's screen will stay on. When set to sunset, your computer will not go to sleep. Handy to keep you logged into different apps or websites. When set to moon, the system settings are left unchanged.
This has become a very useful extension in class as my computer stays on throughout my lesson and students are not asking me to 'move the mouse'.
One word of caution, make sure to plug in your computer as I often forget to take it off sun and my computer battery runs out.
